A talk by K Sivaramakrishnan 16 November, 2011 K. Sivaramakrishnan is Professor of Anthropology and Forestry and Environmental Studies and Director, South Asian Studies Council, Yale University. His research interests span environmental history, political anthropology, cultural geography, development studies, and science studies. Over the last fifteen years, much of his research has dealt with the colonial and contemporary history and anthropology of forests and wildlife conservation in eastern India.
